  17.      The ssttrrccaasseeccmmpp() and ssttrrnnccaasseeccmmpp() functions compare the null­terminated
  18.      strings _s_1 and _s_2 and return an integer greater than, equal to, or less
  19.      than 0, according as _s_1 is lexicographically greater than, equal to, or
  20.      less than _s_2 after translation of each corresponding character to lower­
  21.      case.  The strings themselves are not modified.  The comparison is done
  22.      using unsigned characters, so that `\200' is greater than `\0'.
