  1. BEEF AND POTATO LOAF

  5. I%1, lb, ground beef
  6. I%3/4, cup, evaporated milk
  7. I%1/2, cup, cracker crumbs
  8. I%1/4, cup, catsup
  9. I%5, T., onion, chopped
  10. I%1 1/2, tsp., salt
  11. I%1/4, tsp., pepper
  12. I%4, cups, potatoes, raw and thinly sliced
  13. I%2, tsp, parsley flakes

  16. R%  Combine meat, milk, crumbs, catsup, onion (use 4 T. of onion
  17. R%here), 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper; mix well.

  19. R%  Arrange potatoes and remaining onions in a greased 2 quart
  20. R%casserole.  Sprinkle with remining salt, pepper, and the parsley.

  22. R%  Spread meat mixture evenly over the potatoes.  Decorate with more
  23. R%catsup if desired.

  25. R%  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until the
  26. R%potatoes are cooked.
