  6. I%2, T., butter
  7. I%3/4, tsp., salt
  8. I%3/4, tsp., pepper
  9. I%1, med., onion
  10. I%1/2, med., green pepper
  11. I%1 1/3, cup, instant rice
  12. I%28, ozs, tomatoes, (1 lb, 12-oz can)
  13. I%1/2, tsp., yellow mustard

  16. R%  Lightly brown meat in butter in a large skillet.  Season with
  17. R%salt and pepper.

  19. R%  Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and green pepper and add to skillet.

  21. R%  Stir in the instant rice.

  23. R%  Saute over high heat until the rice is lightly browned.

  25. R%  Add the tomatoes and mustard.  Mix well.
