R% Lightly brown meat in butter in a large skillet. Season with

R% Meanwhile, thinly slice onion and green pepper and add to skillet.

R% Stir in the instant rice.

R% Saute over high heat until the rice is lightly browned.

R% Add the tomatoes and mustard. Mix well.

R% Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes,
