  6. I%3/4, cup, sugar
  7. I%1/2, cup, biscuit mix
  8. I%4, med, eggs
  9. I%1/4, cup, margarine
  10. I%1 1/2, tsp, vanilla
  11. I%1, cup, coconut

  14. R%  Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, margarine, and vanilla
  15. R%in an electric blender.  Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.

  17. R%  Pour into a greased and floured glass pie pan.  Let stand about 5
  18. R%minutes.

  22. R%  While pie is standing, place coconut on a paper plate.  Toast in the
  23. R%microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes.  WATCH CAREFULLY, and stir every
  24. R%30 seconds.  Sprinkle top of pie with coconut.  Cook on 2/3 power for
  25. R%16 to 18 minutes.  Center will be almost set when the pie is done.
