CLEAN-UP DINNER
Good for getting rid of left-overs!

4 servings
I%7, ozs, white bread, stale (1 oz = 1 slice)
I%1/2, med, sweet green pepper, chopped
I%1, med, onion, chopped
I%1/2, c, tomato juice
I%1/2, tsp, salt
I%1/4, tsp, pepper
I%1, tsp, Worcestershire sauce
I%1, c, pork roast, cubed (any leftover roast will do)
I%1, c, brown gravy, (anything leftover will do)

R% Cut the bread into small cubes and put in a large mixing
R%bowl. Add in the green pepper, onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper,
R%and Worcestershire sauce.
R% Put cubes of pork in a well buttered 2 quart baking dish and
R%pour the bread mixture over the top of the meat.
R% Pour the gravy over the top of the bread mixture.
R% Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

U%recipe. Ex: Roast beef and leftover beef gravy.
U% You can also use 1 cup of bottled, canned, or packaged gravy if
U%you don't have any leftover gravy.
