I%1/2, lb, ground beef
I%1, lg, onion, chopped
I%1, c, celery, cut in strips
I%2, T, salad oil
I%2 1/2, c, bean sprouts, canned-drained
I%1 1/2, c, beef bouillon
I%1/2, c, mushrooms, sliced
I%1, T, cornstarch
I%1, T, salt
I%1/4, c, soy sauce
I%5, c, white rice, cooked

R% Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the hamburger, onion,
R%and celery in the oil. Drain the fat.
R% Add the bean sprouts, consomme, and mushrooms.
R% Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 c. water and add. Cook and stir
R%for 10 minutes. Add the salt and the soy sauce. Stir.
R% Serve on hot cooked rice with additional soy sauce.
