I%1/4, cup, mayonnaise
I%1, tsp, white vinegar
I%1, tsp, brown mustard
I%1/8, tsp, salt
I%1, dash, pepper

I%1 1/2, oz, american cheese, (3 slices)

R% Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove yolks and
R%mash with the remaining ingredients except the cheese and paprika.

R% Re-fill the egg whites with the mixture. Should be slightly
R%rounded. The mixture should be firm. Sprinkle with paprika for
R%color and taste.

R% Slice the cheese in half diagonally from both corners (makes 4
R%"sails"). Thread toothpicks though the long side of the sliced
R%cheese "sail". Place a "sail" in the center portion of each deviled
R%egg.
