TANGY CHICKEN SALAD
1 c. pineapple, chunked & drained 1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 c. chopped chicken or turkey 1/2 t. curry powder
3/4 c. red grapes, halved 1/3 c. oats, uncooked
1/2 c. sliced celery 1/3 c. dry roasted peanuts
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats
and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix.
Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
