  3. I do NOT know who made this file (and claim no credit or blame 
  4. for it's existense :) ).
  5. I found it on either AOL or Promenade a couple of years ago.
  6. I did see a Klingon language conversion chart in a book called 
  7. The Klingon Covert Operations Manual or somthing like that and 
  8. this could be based on that, I don't Know!!! So, if you send 
  9. this font out into the ether PLEASE keep this text file with 
  10. it.
