  10.  AB    A severe form of crusted scabies is described in a patient with acquired
  11.        immunodeficiency syndrome. He was treated with 1 percent lindane lotion
  12.        and 5 percent sulfur ointment with 2 percent salicylic acid, which
  13.        resulted in the clearing of the skin lesions.
