  10.  AB    A 39-year-old woman had a disfiguring granulomatous disease of 36 years'
  11.        duration. Nodules appeared on her lower extremities and later extended
  12.        to her face; this led to ulceration and destruction of the nasal
  13.        cartilage. This disease of unknown origin does not conform to any
  14.        previously described entity. Some patients with a similar case
  15.        presentation have been observed in France.
