I added some keypresses to the 2d driver to turn on/off
some of the new features.
Ctrl-G - Toggle on/off gouraud shading.
Ctrl-H - Toggle hardware/software polygon generation. There is a subtle
way to tell what state this is in. The size of the polygons are
slightly larger (by 1 pixel) in size when done by the hardware
method. As an example, when you are sitting at Meigs, pressing
the Ctrl-H key, will make the runway markings get slimmer/fatter.
When they are fatter, they are being drawn using the hardware
method.
The ATC.FS4, MULTI.APL, and ANALYSIS.APL files included with this driver
should replace those same files included with FS4.0. There was a minor bug
fixed in those files, but no functional changes were made.
