MEMO
TO: Players of The Seventh Guest
FROM: Dr. Digit and his sidekick John the Ace
DATE: October 30, 1993
RE: Surviving the Puzzles of The Seventh Guest
After spending countless hours solving some of the puzzles of this game,
we felt that others may be having some of the same difficulties that we have
already encountered. While solving the puzzles yourself may be the ultimate
fun, sometimes the difficulty level makes it very frustrating. These additional
hints are designed to give you a little extra help in solving the puzzles. If
you are totally frustrated (as we sometimes were), some of the solutions are
also provided.
Each puzzle's hints and solution are packaged in a separate documents
within this package. This way you can retrieve only the hints (or solution)
that you need. The hints are contained in the files with extensions beginning
with the letter 'H'. The solution is in the file with the extension 'SOL'.
Note that some puzzles have multiple hints and these are numbered in order of
importance.
We have solutions for all of the other puzzles and and maps of the secret
corridors and the maze in the basement and plan on uploading these when the
documentation is completed.
