This was an attempt to make an efficient compact beam, without traps or loading
coils. While this antenna does have some gain and a nice F/B at this
frequency, the bandwidth is really too narrow and the input Z too low. The
gain and F/B change dramatically with frequency. Even for the narrow 12 meter
band it would have to be carefully tuned.
