StoreScrbuff <Ctrl BS>
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Copies the currently marked Block to the named Scratch Buffer. The
editor will prompt for the name of the Scratch Buffer. The contents
of all Scratch Buffers are lost when the editor is terminated.
