    AppendScrbuff       <Ctrl BA>

    Appends the currently marked Block to the end of the named Scratch
    Buffer.  The existing contents of the named Scratch Buffer are not
    lost. If the named Scratch Buffer does not exist, a new Scratch
    Buffer will be created.
