     7        A.  -- a hand dust cart.  It is not mechanical in any way.
     8        It is just a hand dust cart which has two bins in it which
     9        can be used to bin the rubbish and makes it much easier for
    10        the person to do the trash walk.

    14        A.  They can, they have in the past used a brush and
    15        dustpan but, generally, they use the environment/index.html">litter picker.

    17   Q.   Do they manage to get down to items as small as, for
    18        example, cigarette ends, or not?
    19        A.  Generally, no.  There will be too many cigarettes ends
    20        to pick up.

    22   Q.   What about dog muck?  Do they deal with that too or not?
    23        A.  There is not really a problem with dog muck in Chelsea.

    29        one being a 30 minute interval business.  What is the other
    30        one?
    31        A.  This one would take approximately 45 minutes to an hour
    32        in the mornings.

    35        A.  It is -- the morning manager is responsible for
    36        ensuring it is completed before 9 a.m. and this would
    37        include a wider area.

         Cheltenham Terrace, and they have Radnol Walk ---

    55        majority of my shifts, the time I work there, would be in
    56        the day-time, approximately between the hours of 8.00, 8.00
