32 A. I am responsible for 35 restaurants at present. I have
33 five Operations Supervisors who report to me and that --
34 and they consequently have five or six restaurants
35 reporting to them.

37 Q. In what area of the country are your restaurants situated,
38 the ones you are responsible for?
39 A. All of East Anglia, give or take two or three stores
40 that are either franchised or in a different scheme;
41 Oxford, Aylesbury, roughly that area.

48 A. They are all Company restaurants, yes.

55 A. Yes, lots of holiday jobs while I was a student and
