     2        A.  This statement, I mean, was just -- they, Patty and
     3        Bridget, just asked me to tell what I remember happening
     4        and what happened, and this was a letter of interference.
     5        Like, I did not use this at all when they were asking me
     6        questions about this.  This was nowhere near me.

     8   Q.   Right.  If you have the Civil Evidence, this short -- what
     9        do you call this?
    10        A.  The letter of interference.

    12   Q.   Letter of intervention.  You say that Sarah invited you to
    13        her house on 5th August?
    14        A.  Yes.  I am not sure about dates, but I believe it was
    15        that day.

    17   Q.   Sarah believes it is 19th August, I think.
    18        A.  Well, I am just telling you I cannot remember the dates
    19        exactly, but I am pretty sure it was the 5th.

    Q.   But she could be correct; it may have been the 19th?
    22        A.  I do not know.  I would have to see -- like, I would
    23        have to see what day I signed my card and all of that.
    24        But, I mean, she can be correct.

    26   Q.   Do you know what the purpose was when you went there?
    27        A.  All she said was that she was going to have someone
    28        from a union, like a union representative, there and she
    29        wanted me to come just to see what it was all about, just
    30        to find out what a union was all about.

    33        that meeting?  There were less than 10, were there not
    34        I think?
    35        A.  Yes.  Well, I remember Nicole being there and Louie and
    36        Sarah, and I believe Sean Derby and Chris Rogers were
    37        there, but I cannot be for certain.

    39   Q.   Right.  Did you know why you had been invited?
    40        A.  No.  I just figured she was inviting me to go just to
         learn, you know, just to find out about it.

    43   Q.   Did you ask -- what about other people, had they been
    44        invited?
    45        A.  Did I ask who else was invited?

    48        A.  No, I did not.  I did not know who was going to be
    49        there.  I did not know who was going to be there until
    50        I got there.

    52   Q.   When you got there, did you ask whether other people had 
    53        been invited or whether it was just you?
    54        A.  Not that I remember.  I remember sitting down and said,
    55        "OK, let's get started", type thing.

    58        with having to go to work at Northern Reflections, had you
    59        not?
    60        A.  The only thing -- like, I was not having any problems
