2 Q. I think you were going out with Chris Morrison at some
3 stage?
4 A. I was going out with him up until July. I broke up
5 with Chris Morrison the last week of July, and we have
6 remained friends after that.

8 Q. So you both phoned each other regularly, did you?
9 A. Chris Morrison?

15 A. We would just go out together or go to parties with
16 each other and other friends. We always hung out together.

18 Q. Even though you were finding it annoying that he kept
19 asking you about the union?
20 A. I would do stuff with him, and if we went to parties
21 I would eventually, you know, go with my other friends or
22 whatnot;, and, eventually, I did stop hanging around him
23 and I did stop calling him.

25 Q. Was that before or after you signed the union card?
26 A. I would say I had stopped calling him around the second
27 week of August.

29 Q. After you signed the card, when did you start to worry
30 about having signed it?
31 A. It was -- I was always -- as soon as I signed it.
32 I mean, the day I signed it I asked Chris Morrison if
33 I could have it back if I wanted it back, and he said yes.
34 I was -- like, it was all in the back of my head that I had
35 signed this card and I did not really want to. I finally,
36 you know, had the courage to ask Sarah for my card back on,
37 I think it was the 28th or 29th -- the 28th.

39 Q. If you were so worried about having signed this card, why
40 did it take you over a month to ask for it back?
41 A. Because I was always worried about what Sarah would say
42 to me.

44 Q. You did not ask for your card back, did you, until after
45 the certification had been applied for?
46 A. No, that is totally wrong. I definitely asked for my
47 card back the 28th and 29th September; and because she said
48 no on the 29th, she said, "Not to worry, I have already
49 sent the cards in", I decided, you know, I needed help,
50 like, you know, because I wanted to get it back. So that
51 Friday I asked Chris about it, and that Friday we
52 started -- like, the Saturday -- we started the petition.
53 So it had to be that weekend, because we sent the
54 petition -- like, that week -- because we sent the petition
55 in on the Monday, and I would not have asked for my card
56 back afterwards. You know, I already knew I could not get
57 it back. That is why I started the petition and that is
58 why I talked to Michelle.
