1 A. We would have one-to-one meetings as a Supervisor, as
2 a Manager, but never a proper review as conducted by Mark
3 Davis.

5 Q. Then the next page is page 67, that is your letter of
6 termination which we have, sorry, resignation. Did you
7 carry on working until 29th August?
8 A. Yes, I worked my -- in fact, I finished one day
9 earlier because the new Manager was coming in so I
10 actually finished one day earlier.

12 Q. Did anybody say in that time that you were a poor Manager?
13 A. During the lead up to actually finishing, various
14 people actually asked me not to go. I had Tim Taylor came
15 down on two occasions, but because we could not resolve
16 the differences that was causing me to leave, which was
17 the problem with myself and the Supervisor at the time.

19 Q. Mr. Skehel?
20 A. Personal problems basically that were happening there,
21 I decided to still carry on leaving.

23 Q. You mentioned something about Andy Taylor also; did he ask
24 you to stay?
25 A. He actually came down on one occasion and basically
26 they said that they did not want me to go.

28 Q. What was his position at the time -- sorry, I forget.
29 A. I cannot remember. It was Operations
30 Manager -- I cannot remember what position he held -- Vice
31 President, I think, or something.

34 with 20 stores or whatever, would he have been above that?
35 A. Yes, two grades above that.

42 been on holiday for?
