Day 197 - 07 Dec 95 - Page 21
present employer about three or four days before going on
holiday, and they had actually told me that a letter would
be waiting for me telling me whether I got the job or not
on my return from holiday. When I got back from holiday
it was there, so I wrote my resignation.

MR. MORRIS: If you look at page 68, that is your notification
of leavers, salaried staff, that is your form made by the
Company. It says in the "Leavers" section three-quarters
down the page, "Termination code 16." I checked with the
codes we were given before which I have not got with me
now, but 16 was "dissatisfaction with supervision". Would
you say that was accurate?
A. Very accurate. I mean, the reason I left was the
personal problems that I was having with ------

MR. JUSTICE BELL: With what, Mr. Morris?

MR. MORRIS: Dissatisfaction with supervision. That is the
leaving coding that I managed to -- I could be corrected
if the Plaintiffs find something. I have not got it on
me, but that is what I checked. But that would accurately
describe your reason for leaving, would it?
A. Yes, there was a very serious problem between me and
the Supervisor. We both disliked each other personally
and it was being used against me at work.

MR. MORRIS: Could we have five minutes?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. Take a look at those documents during
the five-minute break, apart from anything else.

(Short Adjournment)

MR. MORRIS: I am not sure, I have not really -- I cannot read
some of the documents that were disclosed, the relevant
ones.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do not bother about them at the moment. I
just want you to take a bit of time to -- Mr. Rampton, can
tell me what they are if he is going to ask me to look at
them or put them in a bundle.

MS. STEEL: There seems to be another thing for Neil Skehel
that was served this morning; whether it is the same as
the one that was served yesterday?

MR. RAMPTON: No. It is Ms. Steel's hard copy because the
first one was faxed and that is just the hard copy.

MS. STEEL: OK.

MR. MORRIS: Just looking at Mark Davis' PRs, just to see any
themes that might emerge there. I have actually put them
in order of date which makes sense. So, I am starting
with page 33.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Could you get yellow volume XB which is in
the very middle rack. If you turn to divider 34, there
are two statements of Mr. Davis and then some documents
