Day 206 - 22 Jan 96 - Page 27

together. Can I tell your Lordship what I have got?

MR. MORRIS: Is it worth trying to find the full document then
before we carry on, because it should be in our Defendants'
documents, Employment documents, wherever it was put at the
       time, I do not know.

MR. RAMPTON: Can I ask your Lordship what your Lordship has
got? I have got, apart from the three introductory pages
which I have put somewhere else, the actual transcript
begins with a page 222 at the top in my version.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have got 232, testimony of Stanley
       R. Stein, but I then go to a sheet which has got 234 at the
top and a page 2 at the bottom, so obviously page 1 is
       missing.

MR. RAMPTON: I have got -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I do not know whether it then goes on with
       several more pages.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I believe not. I believe I have the
       complete version.

MR. MORRIS: Hang on. It is in blue volume 2, tab 20. That is
       what Mrs. Brinley-Codd suggested.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you mean pale blue volume 2?

  MR. MORRIS: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which volume are you referring to,
       Mr. Morris?

  MR. MORRIS: Sorry?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have got three sets of blue volumes. I
have got the pale blue witness statements; I have got blue
list of documents and I have got supplementary list of
       documents.

MR. MORRIS: I should think it is probably the supplementary
list of documents, but it is the recently served document
       from about a month ago.

MR. RAMPTON: Mrs. Brinley-Codd thinks your Lordship may have
put it behind Mr. Stein's statement -- I am sorry, she has
a memory of your Lordship saying that is what you were
going to do with it -- in yellow 10, tabs 4 and 5.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: I hope your Lordship has some printed pages
running from 222 through to 231? This is the version that
       I have.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: Then some more typewritten pages running from 232
