     8        spend the rest of this week referring to extracts of the
     9        transcript and arguing about what it meant and what it did
    10        not mean.  At the end of the day, I am going to have to
    11        decide that.

    13        Mr. Preston has said that this fact sheet is not
    14        inaccurate. At the end of the day, you may choose to remind
    15        me of this bit of evidence and that bit of evidence and ask
    16        me to draw the conclusion that it is deceptive.  But I see
    17        difficulties in putting the whole picture to Mr. Preston
    18        and I do not know where it takes me at the end of the day
    19        because whatever Mr. Preston says about whether it is
    20        deceptive, I have to make up my own mind if it is relevant
         to an issue, and I will do that having heard all the
    22        evidence and being reminded of all the parts which you say
    23        are relevant and all the anecdotes, if there are anecdotes,
    24        which Mr. Rampton reminds me off, if I have not picked them
    25        up myself already.
