       A. I have a copy here dated 24th May.

MR. RAMPTON: Page 123 in that blue file. It is the fuller
       version.

MS. STEEL: In the second paragraph, you said, "The minutes
were taken by Anthony of this meeting"?
       A. Yes.

  Q. That is Mr. Pocklington, who is here sitting in court
       today?
       A. Yes.

  Q. You were asked if you wanted to add anything to the agenda,
and you say that this time it was written on the back of an
       envelope, but you declined ---
       A. Yes.

  Q. -- to add anything. Would you agree that, basically, what
happened was that a scrap of paper was got from somewhere
such as the back of an envelope and somebody wrote on the
top of the piece of paper "agenda", and then it was handed
around to everybody in the group, everybody who was at the
meeting -- sorry -- and anybody could add anything to the
       agenda if they wanted to?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. Then you go on to say: "The agenda is a of a pre-set
formula with those present, correspondence received, report
previous week's activity, future events being regular
       items"?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Then you say: "Any item that a person present wishes to
include is slotted between the reports of future events"?
       A. Yes.

  Q. You would stand by that?
       A. Yes.

  Q. "Those present" was where people said, "I am Helen from
       Tottenham", or whatever?
       A. That is correct.

  Q. Everybody went around saying that?
       A. Yes.

  Q. "Correspondence received". This is the report from Kings,
but it is done from your notes. It says that at the
meeting of 17th May, it describes that various letters were
read out by whoever decided to pick them up from the
floor. You can check it, if you want.
       A. Yes.

  Q. "Some appeared to be of interest to more than one person
but, mainly, the person picking up the letter read it and
       then discarded it."

That was generally what happened at the meetings, all the
meetings, was it not, that there would be letters that had
