Micro Planner X-Pert is Micro Planning International's most powerful project management software tool. It is designed for use with large projects with many interrelated pieces or for the management of many simultaneous projects. Each X-Pert file can handle up to 15,000 operations (tasks, milestones, etc.) and up to 100 subprojects. Files can be dynamically linked so that the capacity of X-Pert is virtually unlimited.
Micro Planner X-Pert is used primarily at higher levels in an organization by Vice Presidents, Directors, and other executives to consolidate and report on the progress and cost performance of many projects and to better manage the allocation of scarce resources among the highest priority projects.

ROLLING UP INFORMATION
The graphical Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a powerful way to produce cost and date summaries up to 999 levels deep. You can build a tree-structured hierarchy of work packages to collect costs into their appropriate costing category or account. The WBS can also be used in outline mode to organize and build the project.
