Scale Values

Use Scale Values to scale function curve keys vertically.

Scale Values: Scales the selected vertices to and from zero.

The scale center of Scale Values is always the horizontal base line at the value of 0.

How To

To scale a selection of keys vertically:

1. Click Scale Values.
2. Select one or more keys.
3. Drag horizontally to scale the selected keys or press SHIFT and drag to add scaled copies of the selected keys.
4. Drag up or down for the following results:
• Dragging up expands the keys away from zero and increases their values.
• Dragging down shrinks the keys towards zero and decreases their values.
• Dragging down past zero reverses the keys and expands the keys away from zero with negative values.
