Course Selection
You can't play golf without a golf course. The Course Selection dialog box is where youÆll be choosing where to locate your game and how many holes to play.
A list of courses will show up under "Select a Course." You'll see the two courses that came with SimGolf -- Rancho La Quinta and The Prince Course -- and any courses you have designed and saved. (All SimGolf courses will have a .glf extension.)
Click once on the name of a golf course. The name will be highlighted, and you'll see an aerial view of the selected course in the square window in the right corner. Then select the holes you wish to play -- Front 9, Back 9, or all 18 Holes. Then click "Open." You'll be brought back to the Play Golf Set-up Screen for one last check of your setup before starting the next round.
NOTE: Don't double-click on the course name unless you have already chosen your players and game type and you want to jump directly to the course. When you double-click, the most recent settings for player and game type are used.
