IntraLaunch Test Page

This page only concerns people browsing the SuperDisc with Internet Explorer. Your browser does not support the IntraLaunch program described here.

This page enables you to test your browser with the ActiveX control, IntraLaunch, that we use to run programs directly from the disk. Below you should see a setup icon. Clicking on it will launch a small test program, 'intrtest.exe'. This does not install anything on your hard-drive; it merely assures you that IntraLaunch is working correctly.

Problems?

General information about using the SuperDisc is available in the Help section.

IntraLaunch security warningThis page took a while to load
If this is the first time your browser has encountered a page with the IntraLaunch control on it, you may have noticed that it took longer than usual to load. This is normal, and caused by the IntraLaunch control installing itself. Next time your browser encounters the control, it will know that it is already loaded and the page will open as usual.

I got a Security Warning when I opened the page
If you get a message similar to the once on the right, you probably have extremely high security settings on your browser. Selecting 'Yes' (or 'OK') when presented with the warning will allow IntraLaunch to function as usual and lowering your security settings a notch should ensure you don't get the warning again.

I get "Error: Not Found..."
IntraLaunch has not found the program you are trying to run. Check to make sure the SuperCD is still in your drive. If you are still having problems, contact SuperDisc Support for an alternate way to install the software.

I get "Warning - Could not find a CD on this computer to use. Verify CDRelative path. Now using drive D:\ as CD-Rom"
IntraLaunch did not find the SuperDisc in your drive. Be sure it's there. If you still get the message and have more than one CD drive, try it in another - it is possible that IntraLaunch has a problem accessing one of your drives. If you have more than three CD-ROMs (or CDRs/DVDs) on your computer, be sure the SuperCD is in the drive with the lowest letter. If nothing else works, please contact SuperDisc Support with the make and drivers of your drive.

It still doesn't work!
We have tested IntraLaunch on a wide variety of platforms and setups, but in the world of computers you can never say never. Take a look in the status bar of your browser (bottom-left of the browser window) as you hover over the installation link. You'll notice that it displays the path to the file it should be executing. Browse the SuperDisc with Windows explorer and run that file - the installation should proceed. But please contact SuperDisc Support with details of your system and explain exactly what happens when you load this page and click the Test icon.
