netROVER customer will acknowledge :

• that his/her account is for personal and individual use and therefore will not share his/her password with anyone;
• that netROVER reserves the right to disconnect sessions after a pre-determined period of inactivity, and can restrict the length of sessions, if required;
• netROVER reserves the right to prioritize access connectivity if required in periods of peak network demand. The heaviest usage customers may find their access temporarily restricted during periods of peak network demand (generally evening hours).
• and agree not to use Internet applications for the purpose of simulating network activity to avoid session inactivity disconnection.
