- ART JUDGMENT TEST
- How many times have you heard (or
- said), "I may not know much about
- art, but I know what I like." This
- test is based on research in meas-
- uring aesthetic judgment. Mr.
- Meier's goal was to present pairs of
- drawings, each exploring a principle
- of aesthetic judgment. Your task is
- to select the alternative with the
- greatest aesthetic value. Meier
- wrote that anyone with good aesthe-
- tic judgment should be able to sense
- the "perfect equilibrium of tension
- and volumes." The test is an abbre-
- viation of the original.
