| Modifying the Machine Sound

| Now that your melody is playing, you may change various parameters to
alter the sound of the synth itself. To do this, switch to the Machine
Editor (Press F3) and double
click on the PrimiFun machine. This should bring up the following
parameter dialog window: |

| Changing the way a machine sounds is extremely easy. Just click on any
handle horizontal bar and drag it either left or right. These horizontal
bars are called parameters and control the various aspects of machines
in Buzz. Every machine has its own unique set of parameters, which may be
tweaked in real-time, recorded
in real-time, or scripted
into the Pattern editor (in the various columns of periods
you viewed a few minutes prior). |
