Main
Menu
The
Main Menu performs many of the same functions as the
Toolbar.
You can select which items (toolbar, status bar or schedule
box) you wish to view, change your video information, change
options such as keeping a log file, editing your network
connection or customizing your window.
- File
Allows
you to open, close and save files as well as exit
CamRunner
- Edit
Allows
you to Edit
Transfers,
Edit
Schedules
and Edit
Annotations
- View
Allows
you to view or not view the ToolBar, Status
bar or the Schedule
bar.
- Video
Allows
you to change the Video Format and Video
Source. By selecting Video Format you can
change the brightness, contrast, hue or saturation along
with video input, source and compression of the image
(depending on which camera or capture card you are
using). You can also change the size and the Preview
Speed of the image. Clicking stop under
Preview Speed, freezes the image which helps save
processor speed. All this information is provided by the
video software of the manufacturer, ie Video for Windows,
Winnov, Connectix etc. . .
- Capture
Allows
you to capture a single frame. In order to edit this
image and send it click the right mouse button on the
image and a dialog box will appear.
- Transfer
Allows
you to snap and send a single frame, start and stop
sending images continuously or set a delay in sending
your image while you are sending images
continuously.
- Options
Allows
you to keep a log file or not, and to edit your
Network
Connection
as well as Customize
CamRunner.
- Window
Allows
you to Cascade, Tile Horizontally, Tile
Vertically, or view a selected snapped
image.
- Help
Allows
you to get Help
with CamRunner as well as connect to DCN's
home page.
