A collection of photos taken by James Bond Johnson of the Roswell debris from July 1947, discussed on the July 22, 1998 Coast to Coast program. Scanned images provided by Ron Regehr and he writes:

Note that according to the USAF report, the balloons were composed of 3/8" thick neoprene that required boiling in water for 5 min. to soften it sufficiently to inflate. This material does not appear to have ever been 3/8" thick. Note also the "stick". Have you ever broken a piece of balsa wood? Leaves sharp, jagged edges does'n't it? This seems more "ceramic" in appearance.

Oh well, here they are. I'm not saying they are from a crashed UFO. These findings are very preliminary, and I am not a photo-analyst expert. I can read a drawing and these items do not appear on the USAF-provided drawing. So, what is it? I don't know.

The "flange", which appears to be a flattened piece of tubing with two notches cut and a hole drilled into it.

The "markings", which appear inside a channel or I-Beam-- notice the "fishook"?
