About PokΘMon Snap Features
PokΘMon Snap is not your every-day runaround game. Snap makes you take pictures. Yes, pictures. Not draw pictures, not make pictures, but takes pictures with a camera. Lame? Boring? Cheesy? Actually, no. In fact, the people who has played the game find it very fun and intuitive and a refreshment from the other games and our cruel world! ... Don't ask. Wait 'til it releases. Anyhoo, the game stars Todd, the photographer from the PokΘMon Cartoon (episode 55 - PokΘMon Paparazzi), and takes him to PokΘMon Island, and wild PokΘMon reserve, where all kinds of PokΘMon live, including the legendary Mew! As Todd, you sit inside the Zero-One, the tour car that you ride in. If you simply sit and do nothing, it would seem like those rides in Disneyland where you are on track and are only limited to sight. Now, just because you don't have the freedom to go anywhere you want doesn't mean it's not going to be fun. Your goal as Todd has you trying to take the best PokΘMon pictures in the world, and it IS a tough thing to accomplish. See, you first take a roll of films (60) on your journey, and when you run out, you have to return to Professor Oak's lab to get your pictures rated. You can only get one photo of one type of PokΘMon to let Professor Oak rate, so choose wisely. He rates your pictures by: You can also store 60 photographs on one PokΘMon Album, so you can look back at your masterpieces ~_^. This is definitely an interesting piece of art.
