About the Game

Pokemon Mania! Pikachu, the most famous monster in the Pokemon games has gotten himself his own Pokemon game! Pokemon Pikachu is going to be one of the upcoming Pokemon titles coming for Game Boy.

In this game, there are new graphics, such as new artwork for monsters in the PokeDex, or Pokemon Mini-Computer Encyclopedia, as well as new, more detailed descriptions on the monsters in the PokeDex. Pokemon are also located in different locations, as usual. Also, now, Pikachu joins you in the beginning of the game, following you where ever you go on-screen.

ALSO, you can now turn back to Pikachu and talk to him, or rather see a portrait of his mood, which pops up when you press "A" while looking at Pikachu. Also, Pikachu actively participates in many of your explorations. What I mean is he sometimes looks around some stuff and makes faces and the such. It's really cute!

Plus, you can duel with your friend's pokemon, as you can with other Pokemon games, but this time, you'll find three new contests, the Nintendo Cup, the Yellow Cup, and the Fantasy Cup, which sets rules for the battles. Also, if you have the Game Boy Printer, you can print out stickers of PokΘMon in your PokΘDex!. I'm buying my Game Boy Printer as soon as the game gets translated to English!

Other changes include his own portrait on the title screen, and his voice on the title screen! And, the game is compatible with Pokemon Stadium too. Screen shots included.
