Help and support from Information ServicesIf you have IT questions or problems while you’re at the University, these are your sources of help, advice and other information. Most Information Services contacts are very busy at the start of the academic year – we’ll try to attend to you as quickly as we can, but please be patient! On the webResNet web site: www.exeter.ac.uk/resnet – for ResNet information, online subscription and payment, and a guide to getting started. Information Services web site: www.exeter.ac.uk/is – for all other information about the University’s central IT facilities. E-Support web site: helpdesk.exeter.ac.uk/sw/esupport/ – log your question or problem directly into our system for a response from our Helpdesk staff. In personIT Reception (buying Ethernet adapters, paying ResNet fees, etc.): Level 5, Laver Building, Streatham Campus, or Room SC16, St Luke's Campus. IT Helpdesk (technical queries): Level 5, Laver Building, Streatham Campus. IT Reception and the IT Helpdesk are likely to move from Laver Building to the Main Library during the academic year 2006/07. Opening times are 09.00-17.00 (09.15-17.00 at St Luke’s), Monday to Friday, except for public holidays and University closure days. IT support services at the Cornwall Campus are provided by staff of Academic Services.
